    We’re excited to share some important updates with you!

    Welcome, Bridget Brunello!

    Please join us in welcoming Bridget Brunello, our new Community Manager! Bridget has spent the past couple of months getting up to speed in her new role, and you may have already seen her name on some recent email communications. Going forward, you’ll be seeing more of Bridget, and many of you will start connecting with her when calling or emailing our office.

    For now, both Bridget and I will be working closely together to ensure a smooth transition and continued support for your community. Bridget will be joining me at regular site visits and board meetings, and you’ll also receive updated reminders about how to reach us when you need help.

    We’re here to make things easy and efficient for you!

    Homeowners:

    For all association-related matters, we encourage you to use your online portal for the most efficient service. Just visit www.spirecommunities.com and click on “Homeowner Login.” Through the portal, you can:

    • Review your account balance and payment history

    • Submit work order requests

    • Send messages or inquiries directly to Management

    • Download important association documents

    • View upcoming events and community updates

    For the quickest response outside the portal, you can also email us at hello@spirecommunities.com.

    Urgent need? Call or text us at 612-564-4323. For maintenance emergencies, call the same number and select Option 4.

    Need to request a Resale Disclosure, Dues Current Letter, or Condo/Lender Questionnaire? Just visit www.spirecommunities.com and click on “Order Documents.”

    We're also in the process of updating all of your service providers with this information.

    New Office Location!

    We’re thrilled to announce that Spire Community Management has a new office at LifeTime Work in Edina, conveniently located at Southdale Center. While we spend much of our time in the field, this space offers multiple conference rooms for meetings—and we’re happy to meet with you there by appointment. We will be more than happy to meet with you at your community to review any concerns that may arise.
