Dear Homeowners,

You may view your account activity and balance information by visiting your Cinc WebAxis Portal at https://spire.cincwebaxis.com and/or by downloading the "Spire Mgmt" mobile app from the App Store/Google Play Store. Additionally, payment coupons and statements are available upon request. 

Below are the payment options available to you and you may also monitor your account through your online CincWebAxis portal.

• Option 1: Monthly ACH Payments
  • You may authorize monthly ACH payments by returning the ACH Form (available for download within the Documents folder on your Cinc WebAxis portal or you can request a copy by emailing us at accounting@spirecommunities.com). ACH payments will be processed by the Association (via Wintrust/Barrington Bank) on the date reflected, using the account that you authorized, on the ACH form. The monthly assessment amount is subject to change, with written notice, based on the Association's approved operating budget.  

• Option 2: Pay by monthly recurring e-check or credit card payments through through CincWebAxis

  • You may set up recurring payments through your CincWebAxis portal by clicking "Pay Assessments," filling out the information following the prompts, and selecting "pay by e-check" or "pay by credit card." Each of these options allow you to dictate what day of the month the payment is made and each charge a processing fee. **To avoid the processing fee, please contact us directly and we can bypass that step by entering your account information on your behalf. 

• Option 3: Pay by physical check or bank bill pay

• You may mail your physical or bill pay check or to the lockbox address in Wheaton, IL (noted on your payment coupon).

Welcome to Spire Community Management and to your Association's online website/portal!

Your Cinc WebAxis account will allow you to communicate with management and your Board of Directors, make online payments, submit work order requests, review/download association documents, and more.
